As Pop Music Seeks New Sales, the Pussycat Dolls Head to Toyland - New York Times
Jeff Leeds in the NY Times writes about the deal Harbro toys has made to distribute these dolls by the next holiday season. They remind me of the "Bratz" line of dolls and those look awful as well. I hope this idea is tanked, and someone with sense re-thinks this idea. Keep in mind, this product is targeting 6-9 year old girls.

Oh. My. Gosh. Those are awful!!I cannot imagine my daughters playing with those. They also don’t have the Bratz dolls. People will buy them, though. The same people who buy their kids Kidz Bop, thinking that music is for kids if kids are singlng it, regardless of lyrical content.People are boobs.
